What is the common faults and elimination of solar module laminator(1)

When using the solar module laminator, some problems may occur. The following lists possible faults and elimination method

After the upper cover is closed, the upper or lower chamber cannot be vacuumed.

Vacuum pump does not work

Make the vacuum pump work properly

The rotation direction of the vacuum pump is inconsistent with the direction marked on the pump body arrow

Change the wiring phase sequence so that the rotation direction of the vacuum pump is consistent with the arrow

Compressed air pressure is not normal

Adjust compressed air pressure

The open/close cover limit switch does not work properly.

Adjust or replace the limit switch

After the cover is closed, the lower chamber can be vacuumed, and the upper chamber cannot be vacuumed.

Upper chamber pipeline air leakage

Find the leakage point and repair

Upper chamber vacuum solenoid valve can not start

Make the compressed air pressure meet the requirements or replace the solenoid valve

Upper chamber inflation and vacuum switch damage

Replace switch

The upper chamber cannot be vacuumed after opening the upper cover

Upper chamber pipeline air leakage

Find the leakage point and repair

Upper chamber vacuum solenoid valve can not start

Make the compressed air pressure meet the requirements or replace the solenoid valve

Upper chamber inflation and vacuum switch damage

Replace switch

Silica gel plate damage

Replace the silica gel plate

Pressing strip frame screws are not tightened

Retighten the screws

Lower chamber vacuum valve is not working properly

Adjust compressed air pressure or replace vacuum valve

Lower chamber inflation solenoid valve loosen and leaks air.

Retighten or replace the lower chamber inflation solenoid valve

The upper chamber cannot be inflated

Upper chamber inflation solenoid valve can not start

Check the line or replace the upper chamber inflation solenoid valve

The upper chamber vacuum valve can not be properly started or tightly closed.

Repair or replace the valve

The upper chamber can be inflated, while the upper chamber vacuum gauge pointer cannot return to zero

Vacuum gauge damage

Replace

The plastic tube connected to the vacuum gauge has a dead bend

Straighten out

The upper chamber vacuum valve is not closed tightly

Close tightly or replace

The lower chamber cannot be inflated

The lower chamber inflation solenoid valve is damaged and cannot be started.

Replace

Lower chamber inflation switch/lower chamber vacuum switch is damaged

Replace switch

The lower chamber can be inflated, while the lower chamber vacuum gauge pointer cannot return to zero

The lower chamber vacuum valve is not closed tightly

Adjust the lower chamber vacuum valve

In the vacuum state of the upper and lower chambers, while the upper chamber is inflated, the pressure in the lower chamber is simultaneously reduced.

Excessive impurities in vacuum pump oil

Replace or repair

The fixing screw of the vacuum pump elbow is loose

Tighten the screws

Vacuum pump belt is too loose

Adjust belt tightness
