Machine Structure and Capability
A: The SGCY-BT2778-D1 solar photovoltaic module laminating machine consists of four process chambers (Laminating chamber x 2 + solidifying chamber x 2) + cooling chamber x 2, laminating chamber has an auxiliary upper heating function and arranged by two layers in vertical direction.
B: Each laminating chamber is independent and each layer can execute lamination separately.
C: The designed effective laminating area is 2700*7800mm.
D: A specialized platform with a climbing ladder is set up to facilitate the maintenance of the equipment on the second floor by the workers. The platform is 600mm in width and 1800mm in height.
