Structure Introduction

 

A: The double layer triple chamber solar photovoltaic assembly line laminator consists of four processing stages (Laminating chamber x 2 + solidifying chamber x 2) + cooling stage x 2 (cooling chamber x 2) arranged by two layers in vertical direction. Each laminating chamber is an independent chamber, and each layer can execute laminating separately. The loading units are stacked belt conveyors. The unloading units are stacked stainless steel multi-roller conveyors. Will be used in conjunction with assembly line lifting units.

B: At the processing stage, the laminating chambers of the 1st and 2nd layers are vacuumed by split-type 2X-70 Roots Pump Sets, the solidifying chambers of the 1st and 2nd layers are vacuumed by 2X-70 rotary vane pump. The cooling chambers of the 1st and 2nd layers are vacuumed by 2X-70 rotary vane pump.

C: Heating method: oil heating.

D: Effective laminating area: The designed effective laminating area is 2700*8700mm.

E: The transmission systems of high temperature cloth of the upper and lower chamber are equipped with roller brush devices to eliminate the residues on the surface of high temperature cloth and also equipped with vacuum cleaners. The transmission mode adopts three stage large circulation.

F: A specialized platform with ladder is equipped for the second floor around the main engine part , which is convenient for workers to maintain the machine. The platform is 600mm in width and 1800mm in height.
