Products Transmission system
A: The solar panel assembly line laminator adopts the gear motor + frequency control speed+ encoder control system, which driven the high temperature cloth transmission system by chain, precise positioning and repeat positioning accuracy within ±10mm.
B: The loading and unloading stage adopts gear motor + frequency control speed system to ensure matching with the speed of the host machine.
C: The high-temperature cloth transmission system of the solar panel assembly line laminator host adopts a way that multiple of high-temperature cloths connected to each other in a circular motion (large cycle) without disconnection during the entire transmission process.
D: Synchronous gear design makes the upper and lower high temperature cloth circulation system always move synchronously.
E: Special chain-tension design and anti-jumping gear device can reduce chain looseness caused by chain wear after prolonged use to ensure the smooth transmission without chain breaking and jumping.
F: The programmable logic controller has network interface to realize communication with the computer to comply with the requirements of modern industrial automation control.
G: An independent air control safety system is designed to prevent the upper chamber to fall, due to special causes such as outage or the air pipe bursting.
