Solar Panel Production Line Laminator

SGCY-S series solar panel production line laminator consists of two independent working chambers (Laminating chamber + solidifying chamber).

The first stage laminating chamber is vacuumized by an independent rotary vane pump (or Roots vacuum pump set). The second stage solidifying chamber is vacuumized by an independent rotary vane pump.(The configuration of the pump can also be customized according to customer requirements).

SGCY-S series solar panel production line laminator is efficient and easy to operate. The laminating length of laminator can be from 2200mm to 2700mm, and the laminating width can be from 3600mm to 10000mm. A: The solar panel production line laminator eserved PLC interface, can be seamlessly connected with the production line, multi-point positioning control of modules, unattended laminating process.

B: Emergency-stop buttons are set at the loading platform, unloading platform and touch screen for emergency. Operator can press the E-stop button to stop the machine under the emergency situation.

C: Working opening height of upper chamber of Laminating stage: 100-120mm, ultimate opening height (for maintenance): ≥250mm

D: Multi-point temperature monitoring, the standard temperature module, PID self-tuning technology, temperature and pressure real-time monitoring, over-temperature, over-voltage real-time alarm and automatic processing to ensure control accuracy and safety

 

 

A: The solar panel production line laminator has four linkages, which are input level, lamination level, curing level, output level.
