Products Lifting system

A: The host machine of the laminator for solar panel making (Laminating stage and Solidifying stage) adopts pneumatic lifting, controlled by three-position five-way solenoid valve, and the key components (Cylinder, lifting solenoid valve, inflation solenoid valve, etc.) all are using more stable pneumatic components from famous brands, such as SMC

B: The air inlet and outlet of each cylinder are equipped with exhaust throttle valves, which can adjust the lifting speed of the cylinder to ensure the lifting steady and synchronization of multiple cylinders

C: An independent air control safety system is designed to prevent the fall of upper box due to the occurred accidents such as: power outage or the air pipe bursting

1	Laminating modules positioning	When the modules are beyond orientation range, the laminating chamber can't close the upper chamber to laminate and will generate alarm.
2	High and low liquid level of Heating station	An independent liquid level detection device is equipped to monitor the liquid level. Once it's out of stated range, it will alarm.
3	Over-temperature alarm of Oil tank	Once the maximum temperature of heat-conduction oil is over 180℃,the machine will stop heating and alarm.
4	Over-temperature alarm of heating plate	The max and min temperature of the heating plate is set down. Once the temperature goes beyond the set one, then an alarm will be triggered out.
5	Oil pipe pressure detection	An alarm will be triggered out if the pressure of the oil pipe is beyond the set one.
6	Air source pressure detection	An alarm will be triggered out if the pressure of the air source is lower than the set one.
7	Vacuum alarm	An alarm will be triggered out if the vacuum pressure can't reach the set one within the stipulated time.
8	Oil pump overload protection	The system will alarm when oil pump is overload or overflowing.
