A: The laminating host machine (Process stage I+Process stage II) of solar panel line laminator adopts the gear motor + frequency control speed + encoder control system, which driven the high temperature cloth transmission system by chain, precise positioning and repeat positioning accuracy within ±10mm
B: Alarm points: visual and audio alarms for overcurrent, air source, vacuum, temperature, etc
C: The test is carried out under the condition without solar modules at working temperature. The ultimate vacuum degree of the laminating chamber can reach less than 40Pa. In the automatic operation mode, the vacuum degree of the laminating chamber is not more than 100Pa
D: A fully enclosed integrated protective door is set on the periphery of the equipment to protect the safety of operators; a mechanical locking pin at the limit position of the upper cover is equipped to provide mechanical protection for personnel entering the processing chamber.
E: The dirt collection system is equipped with dust collection equipment, which can effectively collect EVA, dust particles and other debris, keep the equipment clean, reduce downtime for cleaning, and effectively avoid secondary pollution of the back-sheet of the module
