Structure Introduction

A: The single layer double chamber solar panel manufacturing laminator consists of two independent working chambers (Laminating chamber + solidifying chamber).The loading unit is a belt conveyor. The unloading unit is stainless steel multi-roller conveyor.The loading and unloading units are multi-roller conveyors.Heating method of the laminator is double-faced electric heating, it can be used for PVB module lamination.A cooling fan is installed below to speed up the cooling of components after lamination.

B: The laminating chamber of solar panel manufacturing laminator is vacuumized by an independent Roots vacuum pump set. The solidifying chamber is vacuumized by a set of split double 2X-70 rotary vane vacuum pump.

C: The transmission system of high temperature cloth of the upper and lower chamber are equipped with roller brush devices to eliminate the residues on the surface of high temperature cloth, and also equipped with vacuum cleaner.
