SGCY-A series full automatic solar module laminator is composed of loading stage, laminating stage, unloading stage, one set of Roots pump and one set of heating station.

A: The loading stag is a belt conveyor. The stainless steel multi-roller output is equipped with air-coolers to accelerate the cooling of the solar modules.

B: The laminating chamber is vacuumized by an independent Roots vacuum pump set. Heating method is hot oil heated by one set of 54KW heating station.

C: The transmission system of high temperature cloth of the upper and lower chamber are equipped with roller brush devices to eliminate the residues on the surface of high temperature cloth.
