Machine Structure and Capability
A: The designed effective laminating area of photovoltaic module laminating machine is 2200*3600mm.
B: The transmission systems of high temperature cloth of the upper and lower chamber are equipped with roller brush devices to eliminate the residues on the surface of high temperature cloth.
C: The loading stage has been set with transmission inching button, it is optional to choose auto-loading, manual loading or emergency management.
D: The laminating machine adopts the gear motor + frequency control speed + encoder control system for precise positioning.

Routine maintenance

A: Check the loading, main unit, and unloading drive for abnormalities and add lubricant.
B; Check the upper high temperature cloth
C: Check the integrity of the drive chain, transmission beam, transmission conveyor, the degree of wear of bolts, nylon pads or epoxy pads at each link, and whether there are loose phenomena such as looseness. Replace if there is excessive wear.
D: Check the seal strip on the top cover of the main unit for wear, aging, residue and cleaning.
E: The electric control cabinet or the distribution board cooling fan cleans the dust and tightens the electrical contacts in the electric control cabinet or switchboard.
