1. Do not use solar panel laminator in a corrosive atmosphere, moisture, flammable or explosive environment. Doing so may cause a fire.
2. Be sure to ground solar panel laminator well. Failure to do so may result in electric shock.
3. Do not open the terminal cover when solar panel laminator is powered or running. Failure to do so may result in electric shock.
4. Please do not touch the board with your hands. Doing so may cause electric shock.
5. Insulated gloves must be worn by the operator when manually placing and removing laminate components. Failure to do so may result in burns.
6. Before the maintenance personnel repair the equipment, they must be powered off for maintenance and confirmed that there is no danger before wiring, inspection, and movement. Failure to do so may result in electric shock or injury.
7. When the device is turned off, the operator's hands must be kept away from the laminator main unit; in case of emergency, press the emergency button. Failure to do so may result in personal danger.
8. During the movement of the transmission, the non-operator must leave, and the operator should not hold the hand and any part of the body deep into the conveyor belt to avoid accidents such as pinching.
9. When solar panel laminator is in working condition, all non-operators must stand 1 meter away from the equipment.
10. Visitors and non-established professionals are not allowed to operate this equipment.
11. The vacuum pipe between the vacuum pump and the laminator should not exceed 12 meters, otherwise it will affect the vacuum and use of the laminator.
12. When closing the vacuum pump, first inflate the upper and lower chambers to the atmosphere. When the lower chamber is under negative pressure, it is forbidden to open the cover!
13. After the oil pump has been in normal circulation for at least 3 minutes, turn on the heating again! When shutting down, stop heating first, then turn off the oil pump. Do not turn off the hot oil pump above 100 °C!
14. The equipment does not need to work, when stopping heating, it is recommended that the customer open the cover to dissipate heat!
15. In order to avoid interference with the equipment associated with the laminator, the main power supply is turned off after the laminator operation is completed.
16. Do not slide or place sharp objects such as blades on the surface, otherwise the life of the conveyor belt will be affected.
17. The solar panel laminator is easy to operate, but in order to better exert its superior performance, the operator should be trained by the manufacturer, read the instructions carefully, and then operate on the machine to avoid unnecessary losses caused by misoperation.
18. Each action of the automatic solar panel laminator has the corresponding electrical actuator detection and control, high precision, accurate and reliable operation, please do not arbitrarily change the position and direction of each electrical component to avoid malfunction.
19. The pressure of the device cover is large, and no foreign matter should be placed on the surface of the heating platform to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
20. Before opening the cover, you must check whether the lower chamber is inflated. Otherwise, the cover must not be opened to avoid damage to the equipment.
21. The automatic solar panel laminator is equipped with an emergency button, which is pressed in an emergency and the whole machine is powered off. After troubleshooting, you can reset by following the direction of the arrow on the button.
22. If the machine is parked for a long time and then used, it should be operated for several cycles after starting up, so as to pump the residual gas and water vapor absorbed in the cavity, and verify that the technical indicators are qualified, then carry out the lamination and packaging operation. Guarantee the quality of the laminate.
23. After the mechanical safety lock is repaired, please remove it and allow it to open and close.
24. Once you find unusual noise or odor, please find the problem first. Normal production operations are allowed after the fault has been processed.
