The daily maintenance of solar panel laminator

The laminator must be maintained regularly to prevent excessive wear and equipment failure. Therefore, regular maintenance and repairs can ensure the normal operation of the laminator.
1. Check and ensure that the vacuum pump oil is within the specified range, and 100# vacuum pump oil must be used.
2. Check the dust accumulated on the heating plate and rubber plate, and the material of the laminate. Wipe it off with a lint-free cloth in a cool state.
3. The residual liquid on the heating plate can be wiped off with acetone or alcohol. Do not wipe the EVA solution on the heating plate with a sharp object, so as not to damage the surface flatness of the heating plate and affect the quality of the modules.
4. Clean up EVA and other debris on the brush every week to prevent secondary pollution from damaging modules and equipment.
Note: Do not wash the heating plate in a high temperature state, so as not to cause fire and injury.
5. Before formal lamination, no less than one empty cycle should be run, currently two cycles are tentatively scheduled. During the empty run, the operator should carefully observe the indication of the instrument, whether the vibration and sound of the vacuum pump are abnormal, and makes a record. Only after the empty run is normal then the formal lamination can be started. When laminating the first two modules, at least one person need to be at site.
6. Pay attention to observe all the normal operations of the lamination, and carefully understand the situation of the laminated module. If there is any abnormality, notify the team leader to coordinate the solution.
