Whole laying precision

The tolerance with the dimensions marked on the layout is ±0.15mm and the distance between the cell of middle string to the bus bar for half cell model.
The repeated laying precision of the same string is ≤0.1mm
The distance deviation between the cell string with the two sides of glass is ≤±0.5mm.

Adjusting mode of cell string

Upper computer can adjust the X/Y/Z/R direction of any string, the minimum unit is 0.1mm.

"Recipe" function

It can store more than 20 different laying model "recipes". To change different "recipes" can be invoked directly without adjustment. The "recipes"changes and parameter settings need to have premission control.

Permission settings

Setting three levels of permissions (operation permission, device permission, and administrator permission, which can be set according to the function). The password unlock has corresponding different permissions. The fingerprint and password unlocking functions are available. After no operation is performed in 5 minutes, it will automatically Logging out the login permission.

Aligning mode of Assembly line

Arching height detection

When the module get in and out of the automatic laying machine, the arching height of the module will be detected and give an alarm automatically.

Chuck Vacuum

Each group of suckers needs a separate vacuum pipeline, with vacuum breaking alarm to realize the function of alarm and shutdown after the cell drop; Alarm value can be set; Use double row gravity downward telescopic sucker and there won't have any other sucker marks or other defects leaft on the surface of cells.

Channel identification

It could trace the source identification of the cell string corresponding to the welding channel identification of stringer and pass the information to the next precess.

Correcting offset method

Industrial cameras take pictures to correct offset.

Machine record function

Alarm records and operation logs of corresponding permissions must be saved locally for at least one month and the records can be queried but the operation logs cannot be edited.
All exceptions of the machine have alarm function. The alarm code corresponds to the actual exception positions and prompts the corresponding handling measures. The permission to edit and optimize the exception handling measures is open.

Parameter and loss statistics

The machine records real-time production capacity data, production speed, total output of single shift, single hour output information of single shift and other key parameters and together with equipment OEE data are displayed on the screen and it could upload to MES at real-time.
The equipment OEE is automatically generated and the statistical 26cycle can be customized.
The machine is eq26uipped with electric energy meter and flow sensor, and the power and the air consumption flow of the machine are counted, and the data could be uploaded to MES as analysis data.
The sensors needed to grab data and other hardware modules and software functions to achieve the above functions are fully configured by the provider of laying machine before delivering to the buyer, and there is no need to add them by second time.
