14. Broken grid
The cause:
Due to raw materials.
Preventive measures:
Strengthen the inspection of incoming materials; Improve the proportion of sampling inspection, timely feedback with suppliers.
15, Poor profiles
Reason:
A. There are problems with incoming materials.
B. Caused by impact during processing.
C. Clean up scratches caused by blades and files.
Preventive measures:
a. The operator should have the ability to self-check the materials used.
b. Pay attention to the operation of the framing process, and often check the effect after framing.
c. When lifting components, hold them firmly, not at will.
d. When cleaning with blades, files should be careful to touch the aluminum profile.
e. Especially the size of the profile and the inner teeth on the long side are too shallow.
F. The technician shall manage and confirm the size of the frame after installation.
16, Glue bubble
Reason:
A. Rubber bubbles are mainly caused by bubbles in the rubber raw material or unstable air pressure of the air gun.
B. The gap is mainly caused by non-standard staff gluing techniques.
Preventive measures:
a. Strengthen personnel skills training and enhance self-test awareness.
b. Personnel glue method should be standardized.
