1. Production process
A. Vacuum magnetron sputtering method: In A high vacuum environment, the coating material is ionized and deposited onto the glass surface. The film layer has good uniformity and strong adhesion, and the thickness of the film layer can be precisely controlled to meet the optical performance requirements.
B. Sol-gel method, which involves coating a sol and curing it to form a film, has a relatively low process cost and is suitable for medium and small-scale production. However, the optical performance and durability of the film layer are slightly inferior to those of the magnetron sputtering method.
2. Application scenarios
A. It is mainly used as the front cover plate of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and is one of the core packaging materials of photovoltaic modules. It covers the front of photovoltaic cells, playing A role in transmitting light, protecting the cells and improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency.
B. It can also be applied to the substrate glass of thin-film photovoltaic modules, optimizing the absorption and utilization of light through coating, and adapting to the power generation principle of thin-film batteries.
