Machine Structure and Capability
A: The laminating machine adopts the gear motor + frequency control speed + encoder control system for precise positioning. The repeat positioning accuracy is within ±10MM.
B: Synchronous gear design makes the upper and lower high temperature cloth circulation system always move synchronously.
C: An independent air control safety system is designed to prevent the fall of upper box due to the occurred accidents such as: power outage or the air pipe bursting.
D: The entire vacuum (pneumatic) system, while running automatically, is also equipped with a manual operating system, the laminating chamber can be manually inflated and opened during the unexpected power failure of the machine to reduce the loss caused by fault running.
