Structure Introduction
A: The solar panel production line laminating machine consists of two laminating chambers. Each laminating chamber is an independent chamber. B: B: The loading units are belt conveyors. The unloading units are roller conveyors equipped with air-coolers to accelerate the cooling speed of the solar modules.
C: The laminating chamber is vacuumed by split double 2X-70 Roots pump set. The solidifying chamber is vacuumed by split double 2X-70 rotary vane vacuum pumps.
D: Effective laminating area: The designed effective laminating area is 2700*8700mm.
E: The transmission systems of high temperature cloth of the upper and lower chamber are equipped with roller brush devices to eliminate the residues on the surface of high temperature cloth, and equipped with an vacuum cleaner.
