Machine Structure and Capability
A: The loading stage of photovoltaic solar panel laminator has been set with transmission inching button, it is optional to choose auto-loading, manual loading or emergency management.
B: Working lifting height of upper box of Laminating stage: 100-120mm, ultimate lifting height (for maintenance): ≥250mm.
C: There are fans equipped under each layer of the unloading stages to achieve cooling function.
D: The photovoltaic solar panel laminator equipped with special chain tension design and anti-jumping gear device to reduce chain looseness caused by chain wear after prolonged use to ensure the smooth transmission without chain breaking and jumping.
Routine maintenance
The photovoltaic solar panel laminator must be regularly maintained to prevent excessive wear and to avoid equipment failure; so regular maintenance and repairs ensure that the laminator is working properly.
A: Check and ensure that the vacuum pump oil is within the specified range
B: Check the dust and laminate materials on the heating plate and Silica gel plate plate, and clean them with a lint-free cloth under cooling.
C: The residue on the hot plate can be wiped off with acetone or alcohol. Do not use a sharp object to erase the EVA solution on the hot plate to avoid damage to the surface of the device and affect the quality of the components.
D: Clean up the EVA and other debris on the brush one week to prevent secondary pollution and damage to components and equipment.
Note: Do not clean the heating plate at high temperatures to avoid fire and injury
