Structure Introduction

 

A: The horizontal transmission of the loading and unloading stage is the transmitted by the rubber coated rollers, which is controlled by the frequency conversion system, and the transmission speed is adjustable by frequency conversion to ensure the consistency with the speed of the host.

B: Heating method: The laminating stage consists of an upper chamber (Heatable upper box) and a lower heating plate, which are separated by a silica gel plate with pressing frame. The heating plate and upper box adopt electric heating, the heating rate is not less than 1.5℃/min.

C: The host machine of the laminator adopts the gear motor + frequency control speed+ encoder control system. The loading and unloading stage adopts gear motor + frequency control speed system to ensure matching with the speed of the host machine.

D: Process parameters is automatically memorized, and will not be lost or reset after restarting.
