Transmission system
A: The host machine of the laminator adopts the gear motor + frequency control speed+ encoder control system, which driven the high temperature cloth transmission system by chain, precise positioning and repeat positioning accuracy within ±10mm.
B: The loading and unloading stage adopts gear motor + frequency control speed system to ensure matching with the speed of the host machine.
C: The high-temperature cloth transmission system of the host machine of the laminator adopts the mode of connecting multi pieces of high-temperature cloth with each other to do integral circular motion movement (large cycle) and wont' disconnect during the entire transmission process.
D: Special chain-tension and anti-jumping gear design can reduce chain looseness and chain jumping caused by chain wear after prolonged use to ensure the smooth transmission without chain breaking and jumping.
