TPT: The outer layer is a T film, the middle layer is P film, T and P are bonded with glue. Among them, the T layer is the main layer used as a solar cell packaging material, and its role is weather resistance, UV resistance, aging resistance, no light sensitivity, etc.; The main functions of P-layer are water vapor barrier, electrical insulation, dimensional stability, ease of processing and tear resistance. The middle layer is a polyurethane film with good insulating properties.

Aluminum frame: The solar frame is made of aluminum alloy. Its strength and corrosion resistance are very good. It can play a role in supporting and protecting the entire panel.

Junction box, protect the power generation system of the entire panel, seal and waterproof the line led by the light volt module, and protect the safety of the photovoltaic module system when running. It is equivalent to a current transfer station, and when there is a short circuit in the battery, the junction box will automatically disconnect the short-circuited battery string.

Cells: Solar photovoltaic cells are the core materials of solar photovoltaic modules. It is used to seal the edges of panels and solar frames and junction boxes. The spill groove designed like the solar frame slot is designed to prevent silicone from spilling.
