Conveyor System For Automatic Production Line

The workpiece conveying system of the automatic line generally includes a machine tool loading and unloading device, a conveying device and a storage device. In the rotary body processing automatic line, the conveying device includes gravity conveying or forced conveying trough or material channel, lifting, indexing and distributing devices, etc. Sometimes a robot is used to perform certain functions of the conveyor. In the automatic line of the combined machine tool, when the workpiece has a suitable conveying base, the direct conveying method is adopted. The conveying devices include various stepping conveying devices, indexing devices and turning devices. The workpiece is usually installed on the traveling fixture for positioning and transportation. In this case, a return device for the traveling fixture should be added.
