After the processing of a process, the operation of the equipment should be suspended, and the pollutants on the non-stick cloth should be removed after the non-stick cloth is completely cooled. If the cleaning work is not done well and the secondary use is carried out directly, it is easy to cause contaminants to stick to the glass of the battery pack, affecting the performance of the entire equipment, causing thermal effects on the equipment for a long time, and shortening the service life of the equipment.
2. Choose sealing materials with borders. In the process of solar panel production, when the outer surface of the solar panel is framed, it is necessary to seal the groove with the help of sealant. If the outer frame is not properly sealed, a large amount of outdoor dust will enter the battery panel, which will easily lead to the discoloration of the solar panel after a period of use.
3. Application of vacuum pump in lamination equipment. After the laminator is used for a period of time, the vacuum level to the interior will be significantly reduced. When it is reduced to a certain limit, there will be bubbles in the battery plate. Therefore, when producing with lamination, it is very important to pay attention to whether the vacuum pump has defects on a daily basis.
