The protection system includes protection of lifting action, heating, pressurization, etc.
(1) There is a safety door micro switch at the product loading place, and the equipment can only start running after the safety door is closed.
(2) When the sealing head drops to the proper position, touch the stroke switch, use the four cylinders to actuate the lock cylinder at the same time, and simultaneously touch the four stroke switches respectively, and then turn on the booster system and start boosting.
(3) Over-temperature and under-temperature alarms are set for heating protection.
(4) The water pressure gauge itself has a pressure limiting function, and the limit pointer on the dial can be adjusted to determine the pressure limiting value range. If the lower limit of the set value cannot be raised within the specified time or the pressure exceeds the upper limit of the set value at any time, the alarm bell will alarm.
(5) If the external power is suddenly cut off during the pressurization, all the electric control valves of the machine will be set to the power-off state, so that the cylinder does not act according to the preset program, which will bring the danger of damage to the parts. For this reason, the machine is equipped with a power-off protection valve to ensure that the head does not rise when the power is suddenly cut off. After processing to determine the safety, if you want to raise the sealing head, there is a manual air valve on the right side of the machine, turn it to raise the sealing head. During normal operation, the valve is placed in the closed state.
(6) The overpressure alarm monitored by the instrument is set up in the pressurization protection. When the pressure exceeds the alarm pressure value, the pressure control system automatically releases the pressure. An explosion-proof disc is also installed in the pressure control system. If the system pressure exceeds the explosion-proof pressure value of the explosion-proof disc, the explosion-proof disc will rupture and the system pressure will drop.
