1. Temperature uniformity: This is the most important indicator. The temperature difference at each point inside the cavity should be controlled within ±1.5℃. Excessive temperature differences can cause serious problems such as warping, bubbling and delamination of components.
2. Pressure control accuracy: The lamination process requires precise vacuum and pressure curves. The system should be capable of stably maintaining a high vacuum degree, and the pressurization process should be smooth and adjustable.
3. Control System:
A. PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) : Brand and performance are key.
B. HMI (Human-Machine Interface) : Whether the operation is simple and convenient, and whether multiple sets of process formulas can be stored and called up to adapt to different products.
C. Data Recording and Traceability: Can the lamination time, temperature and pressure curves of each component be recorded to facilitate quality traceability and problem analysis?
4. Heating method:
A. Electric heating: Precise control, simple structure, clean, but relatively high operating cost.
B. Oil heating: It requires an external thermal oil furnace, making the system complex, but the operating cost may be lower.
C. Lamination cycle: The time from feeding to discharging to complete one cycle. The shorter the cycle, the higher the production capacity per unit time.
5. Core component brand:
A. Vacuum pump: It is the key to energy consumption and reliability.
B. Seals and cylinders: They are related to the long-term stability and vacuum retention capacity of the equipment.
C. Sensors: Ensure the accuracy of data collection.
