The laminator is one of the special production equipment for chip multilayer ceramic capacitors. It has also become more flat and can meet the requirements of the production process.

A laminator is a mechanical device that presses together multiple layers of materials, and a vacuum laminator is a device that presses together under vacuum conditions, and can be used in solar cell assembly lines. No matter what kind of operation it is applied to, its working principle is the same, that is, a certain pressure is applied to the surface of the multi-layer material and pressed together, but the pressing conditions are also different.

The most important thing in daily maintenance is the maintenance of the vacuum system. After a period of time, its vacuum level will decrease, and when it drops to a certain level, air bubbles will appear on the battery panel. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the vacuum pump is short of oil every day. In the working state, check whether the oil level has reached the oil level line of the window. The lack of oil should be replenished in time, but it should not be excessive. If the vacuum pump oil starts to become cloudy or black, then it must be completely changed. At the same time, the vacuum pump should be cleaned to remove the colloidal foreign matter in the pump. If the vacuum degree after cleaning is not high, it may be caused by the following: peroxides and antioxidants added in EVA, and trace amounts of wax. The acid will escape as the temperature increases. After participating in the chemical reaction of EVA cross-linking, new substances will be formed, and the more and more complex substances escape into the air in EVA. After these complex substances are sucked into the vacuum pump, the various components adsorbed in the pump body are dissolved in the vacuum pump oil, which will cause the overall function of the vacuum pump to decline.
