Non-High-Pressure Continuous Glass Laminating Furnace

Jun 29, 2026

The non-high-pressure continuous glass laminating furnace is a type of one-step continuous laminating equipment that requires no autoclave. It adopts negative vacuum pressure combined with continuous heating and roller conveying to realize uninterrupted production.
Working Principle
1. Laminated glass assemblies are loaded into a fully sealed vacuum negative-pressure chamber.
2. The glass panels pass continuously through the heating zones at a constant speed. The temperature of each section is controlled within 120–155 ℃ to melt EVA, PVB, SGP and other interlayer films.
3. The entire lamination process is completed under negative pressure without high-pressure conditions. Continuous feeding and discharging enable fully streamlined non-stop operation.
4. Integrated on-line cooling is applied in the cooling section. Finished laminated glass can be obtained directly after furnace exit, with no secondary processing required.
Main Advantages
1. No autoclave required: High-pressure tanks and annual pressure vessel inspections are eliminated, which removes high-pressure safety hazards and simplifies factory infrastructure requirements.
2. Continuous non-stop production: The single-piece production cycle is only 5 to 15 minutes, greatly improving production capacity and efficiency.
3. Low energy consumption: Zoned temperature control together with hot air circulating system effectively reduces overall power consumption.
4. Wide film compatibility: Stable lamination for EVA, PVB and SGP interlayer films; it also supports the production of tinted laminated glass.
5. Fully automatic PLC control: Equipped with variable-speed roller conveying, segmented precise temperature control and automatic vacuum pressure stabilization. The whole production line supports one-button intelligent operation.
6. Compact footprint: The integrated process layout covers loading, vacuum pre-pressing, heating & bonding, cooling and unloading in one continuous line.
