Stringer machine
The stringing machine is a device that connects cells in series to obtain high voltage. It is one of the core equipment of the photovoltaic module packaging production line.
The voltage of a single solar cell is about 0.5V, which is much lower than the voltage required for actual use. Therefore, it is necessary to connect them in series or in parallel, and then seal the cells to form photovoltaic modules.
Each conventional solar module contains 60 or 72 cells, and these cells need to be welded together in series every 10 or 12 pieces.
The stringing machine is generally composed of a feeding mechanism, a slicing mechanism, a unloading mechanism, a welding strip processing mechanism, a welding mechanism, a film pasting mechanism and other parts.
The number of main grids of the cell has evolved from 2BB, 3BB, 4BB to the current mainstream MBB in the market. The technical iteration of the stringing machine industry is relatively synchronized, and the rapid innovation of multi-main grid and half-cell technology has increased the technical and process requirements of the stringing machine.
MBB multi-busbar technology significantly reduces the width of the busbar by increasing the number of busbars on the cell, thereby reducing the amount of silver paste used; it reduces the shading of the light-receiving area, thereby increasing the light-receiving area, and has the characteristics of high power, high reliability and low cost.
