The fluorescent nanoparticles in the middle interlayer can intercept ultraviolet rays and convert them into fluorescence for power generation, achieving both light transmission and power generation functions.
3. Thinning and adaptation technology: By optimizing processes such as the gradient temperature field of the kiln, the glass has evolved from 3.2mm to 2.0mm, 1.6mm, and even 1.0mm. 2.0mm glass has already achieved mass production, and 1.6mm ultra-thin glass can increase the power of components by 2.1%. It is simultaneously compatible with double-glass module packaging technology and, in combination with EPE co-extruded film and other materials, meets the packaging reliability requirements of high-efficiency cells such as N-type TOPCon and HJT.
