Daily check of solar module laminator

(1)Check whether the air source is stable and abnormal, and whether the air pressure is within the range value (0.4 to 0.8 MPa);
(2)Check if the emergency stop button is reliable;
(3)Check whether the opening and closing cover is normal, and there must be no large swing or abnormal noise;
(4)Check if the each sensor is normal;
(5)Check and ensure that the vacuum pump oil is within the specified range;
(6)Check whether the connections of the various parts of the device are normal;
(7)Check the sealing strip on the top cover of the main unit to clean, no residue, no serious wear and aging;
(8)Check the cover Silica gel plate on the main unit, no damage, wrinkles, no residual EVA or accumulated dust;
(9)Check for no residual EVA and accumulated dust on the heating table and glass transfer cloth;
(10)Check that the vacuum pump is working properly, without severe vibration and abnormal noise;
(11)Check if the vacuum in the upper chamber is normal;
(12)Check if the vacuum in the lower chamber is normal;
(13)Check the temperature measurement point abnormality and temperature uniformity.
