a. Check and replace the vacuum pump oil

c. Replace the sealing ring

2. Unstable lamination temperature
A. Possible reasons
a. The thermocouple is damaged or has poor contact
b. Solid-state relay (SSR) or contactor failure
c. The heating tube is damaged
B. Treatment Method
a. Inspect or replace the thermocouple
b. Check and replace the SSR/ contactor
c. Measure the resistance of the heating tube with a multimeter and replace the damaged part
