The automatic laser scribing machine produced by Qinhuangdao Shuogu has the following advantages:

A: High compatibility:The overall frame is compatible with all sizes of solar cells from 156mm to 230mm, just need to replace the scribing platform and part of the tooling.

B: High straightness: the conventional horizontal straightness of the industry is ±0.1mm, and the straightness of this machine is ±0.075mm, It can realize the function of large cell size, small spacing and negative spacing

C: High Utilization rate: Adopting linear motor +DD motor positioning structure for the cells, it has a higher positioning accuracy. 

D: High stability: The fragment rate is as low as 0.03%.

E: One side of the scribing machine is completely independently controlled, the mechanical structures between the sides are not shared, The single machine can scribe two different specification of solar cells at the same time;

F: It can be upgraded to 1/3-1/7 cells.
