Recently, Qinhuangdao Shuogu has closely collaborated with leading industry clients and successfully completed the encapsulation experiment of large-sized BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic) modules. This experiment, in response to the customized demands of customers, has overcome the technical challenges of large-sized modules in terms of encapsulation process, structural strength and long-term reliability, providing significant support for the large-scale application of BIPV in the field of green buildings.

With the deep integration of the photovoltaic and construction industries, the market's requirements for the size, light transmittance, mechanical properties and other aspects of BIPV modules are increasing day by day. In this experiment, Qinhuangdao Shuogu, in response to the special requirements raised by the customer such as large size, high light transmittance and high load capacity, successfully achieved a technological breakthrough by optimizing material selection and encapsulation processes
