How to replace the silica gel plate of the laminator?
1. Manually close the upper chamber (keep heating at 145 degrees during the whole process)
2. Take out the high temperature cloth
3. Remove all clamps and fix the handle of the clamp with a spring to prevent the upper cavity from being hung up by the clamp.
4. Manually move the upper chamber to the fully open position
5. Pull out the old silica gel plate, put the newsilica gel plate in, and spread it to the center between the upper and lower cavities, and adjust its position
6. Manually lower the upper chamber to a position with a small gap from the silica gel plate and fully heat for 30 minutes
7. After the preheating is completed, several operators are evenly distributed on each side of the silica gel plate to stretch it evenly, fix the two middle part of the clamps first, and then fix the rest of the clamps in turn.
8. Manually operate the upper chamber to the fully open position to check whether the silica gel plate is wrinkled. If it is partially stretched, repeat the above operation.
9. Cover the high temperature cloth and the replacement process is completed

4. When placing the silica gel plat , confirm the integrity of the silica gel plate, and whether the silica gel plate is cleaned on both sides and has no bumps.
