2. Add a travel switch. During the pressurization process, only when the pressure head of the sealing part drops to the proper position and the stroke switch is triggered, the cylinder locks the cylinder, and the pressurization system starts the pressurization operation after the stroke switch is triggered.
3. Set up alarm devices for over-temperature and under-temperature.
4. The water pressure gauge in the laminator has a certain pressure limiting function, which can mobilize the limit pointer on its dial to clarify the pressure limiting range. This can better keep the entire pressure value within a limited range within a specified time, so that the entire equipment can work normally.
5. Add a special power-off protection device. If the equipment is in the process of pressurization, a sudden power failure can easily lead to the failure of the cylinder to act according to the predetermined program, causing damage to the internal components of the equipment. Adding a protection valve at the power-off part can better ensure that the entire head does not rise under the power-off state, and improve the operation safety of the entire equipment.
